Thank you for checking out our page! We’re an independent small business specializing in home remodels and repairs. Thanks to the world of HGTV they’ve proven to us that we can make old homes feel new again and that’s exactly what we are here to do. We help our clients transform spaces in their home in to something they can once again be proud of. This is precisely where our slogan comes from.

While Carlson Contracting was just recently founded our roots run much deeper. Carlson Construction was founded by my father, Keith Carlson, in 2003 and I worked along side him up until his passing in 2014. He left me with an amazing legacy of hard work, dedication and attention to detail; all of which I bring with me into a clients home.

No matter where you are on the spectrum of knowing what to do with your space, I can help you creatively think about your project. Whether you have a “small” or “large” job planned or don’t even know where to start, we are here to help.
